Hypothetical Approach to the Teaching of Trigonometric Concepts Using Cooperative Learning

In this paper, we propose a teaching strategy to enhance the and learning of trigonometry, called cooperative (CTL). The proposed method stems from need developing pedagogical approach that promotes understanding interest in trigonometry based on (CL). This study therefore sought explore features CTL promote students’ concepts trigonometry. employed systematic review as research for collection data. analysis covered 40 studies meaningful-based pedagogies allow students make meaning subject matter. revealed that: positive interdependence, individual accountability, promotive face-to-face interaction, social skill, group processing characterize suitable concept suggests through use provide with opportunity actively create ideas work high-order trigonometric tasks. contends order implement effectively mathematics classroom context, must be conceptualized way is consistent desired objectives given mathematical topic.
